    Our very good friend Pavel Kristufek from the Prague Czech Republic stopped by the Sullivan Banjo factory today to say hello and had to check out the new Sullivan Vintage 35 Banjo. Pavel gave it a good playing and liked what he heard.     Most of the time here on the Sullivan Banjo site you hear our very own Murrell Thixton playing some good old Bluegrass banjo tunes. Today local musician Steve Jones stopped by the shop and talked Murrell into playing a Keith Whitley classic, "Don’t Close Your Eyes”.  Steve on the guitar and Murrell on the banjo teamed up for a really awesome song.     Good friends Dennis Marcum and Steve Coffman of Columbus, IN were down here at the Sullivan Factory and wanted to test drive the new Vintage 35 Banjo.   • Sullivan Vintage 35 Banjo #1

    We're proud to welcome Mr. Billy Copeland of Allerdt, Tennessee to the Sullivan Banjo family, as he is the owner of the very first production Sullivan Vintage-35 Banjo. We've been working on the components inside this banjo for many years, culminating in the final version of the V-35 tone ring last month.
