    Kim Fletcher of Marietta Ga. just took delivery of his new Vintage 35 Mahogany Banjo with the optional factory speed neck. Kim is a student of Greg Earnest and was kind enought to send us in this picture of him with his new V35. Kim said that he was to old to stay up all night pickin but he didn't think he was going to get much sleep when he got it home. We here at Sullivan Banjo are proud to have Kim as part of our Sullivan Banjo Family and wish him many years of pickin enjoyment....

    Mark Bramlett of Banjo.com was kind enough to send us up some photos of Mr. James Cannon.     I was speaking on the phone with Sullivan Banjo sponsored artist Jack Hicks and I thought I'd fill folks in on the latest happenings.   Currently Jack has been filling in some dates with Melvin Goins and Windy Mountain.  Melvin (surviving brother of Ray Goins of the Goins Brothers)  hails from the Ashland area and is a Kentucky legand that has been on the national bluegrass scene for over 50 years.    Jack said lately they've been doing about 5 dates per week and the date book cont...

      [gallery link="file" columns="2"]         Our good friend and Sullivan Banjo Dealer Alvin Deskins of Morgan Music is taking delivery of his very first Vintage 35 banjo.  It's a Mahogany beauty Serial Number V35 091610-02.
